Our new Annabel Daybed is perfectly suited to living rooms and guest rooms alike. Made with the natural fibers of the rattan palm, its graceful, simple frame is complemented by a variety of decorative wickerwork: tight loops run along the aprons, with airier open meanders on the upper levels with circular medallions, too.

Care Instructions

Our natural wicker furniture is handwoven from the natural fibers of the rattan palm and variations will occur between products. Natural rattan is suitable for use indoors or on a covered loggia, porch, or veranda.

Should dust or dirt become trapped in the weave, simply brush gently with a soft dry brush.

Products with Sunbrella Natte Nature cushions are upholstered in a durable performance fabric (100% Solution-dyed Acrylic) which is cleanable & UV protected.

Blot (don’t rub) liquid spills with a clean, dry cloth. For oil based spills, apply an absorbent such as corn starch, then remove with a straight edge. Spray on a mild cleaning solution of soap and water. Rinse the fabric thoroughly to remove all soap residue. Air dry.

While Sunbrella fabric offers excellent protection against stains, full removal is not always guaranteed if spills are not addressed promptly. Avoid scrubbing, hard bristle brushes or any other abrasive cleaning method. Sunbrella should only be allowed to air dry.

Our rattan collection celebrates the ancient art of wickerwork, which has been practiced for thousands of years. Ancient Egyptians made chairs of natural rush, while craftspeople in China and India worked with cane; medieval Europeans often utilized willow, and later mimicked the caning techniques of China. Later, the Arts & Crafts movement celebrated the handmade qualities of these furniture traditions, from which time wickerwork has remained a casual and stylish addition to any interior. Our collection uses the natural fibers of the rattan palm.

A daybed on a screened porch is a perfect place for an afternoon nap.
