TRADE ACCOUNTS

To register as a trade account please email or fax a copy of your resale tax certificate as well as your complete contact information to contact@bunnywilliamshome.com or (212-935-5934). Once we receive and approve your information, we will notify you that your account has been upgraded and you will be able to see appropriate pricing and taxation throughout the site while logged in. 

 

ORDERING & CONFIRMATION

Orders placed online will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Once your order is confirmed please note that Bunny Williams Home does not accept cancellations. Bunny Williams Home does not reserve inventory for back ordered items without 100% payment upfront. Additionally, to begin production on made to order products (eg. upholstery) Bunny Williams Home requires 100% payment up front.

 

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard
Bunny Williams Home accepts payment by check however these orders must be placed by phone (212-935-5930).

 

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
With respect to any defective goods, once an item has been removed from the carton and damage to the item is discovered (without an visible damage to packaging), Bunny Williams Home must be notified within five (5) days to secure a replacement or cost of repairs.The damage must be photographed and submitted with a description of damage to contact@bunnywilliamshome.com. Bunny Williams Home will ship a replacement to you once the claim is approved or assist in facilitating repairs. Bunny Williams Home reserves the right to determine whether a replacement or repair is most appropriate. Bunny Williams Home also reserves the right to inspect any alleged defects before issuing a replacement part or product.

 

RETURN POLICY
Bunny Williams Home does not accept returns.

 

UPHOLSTERY
Bunny Williams Home upholstery orders require six (6) to eight (8) weeks from time of order or receipt of COM (Customer's Own Material). In addition to a selection of stock fabrics (swatches available on request), Bunny Williams Home will also accept COM orders on upholstery. All yardage requirements are listed next to each item and are based on 54” wide, plain fabric. We suggest adding approximately 20% for fabrics with 3”-13” repeat and approximately 33% for fabrics with 14”-27” repeats however please always feel free to call us (212-935-5930) for further direction on special fabric requirements. Customers ordering COM upholstery should complete our COM instructions card which can be downloaded from our website and follow the instructions on the card. Please provide as much detail as possible with regard to fabric and specifications and include it when shipping your fabric. 


TAXES
Customers are responsible for all sales tax or related taxes that apply to their order. To obtain tax exemption, for resale purposes, a resale certificate must be provided.

 

ORDER TIMING
Bunny Williams Home will provide an estimated delivery date when an order is placed. Bunny Williams Home will not be liable for late shipment as a result of strike, fire, natural disaster, government intervention, customs holds or any other causes beyond our control. The manufacturing time for upholstery is typically six (6) to eight (8) weeks from receipt of COM, not including shipment. Bunny Williams Home is not responsible for late delivery due to delays on receipt of COM.

 

SHIPPING
Items in stock will be shipped as soon as payment in full is received. Once back-ordered items are in stock or upholstered items are complete, we will notify you and ship your item out right away. Bunny Williams Home offers white glove freight service for larger items which includes inside delivery, unpacking and placement services. Smaller items are shipped via UPS Ground. If you would prefer to arrange your own freight, please feel free to call our office to place an order however these types of orders may not be placed online. Freight charges vary depending on order and delivery location.

 

FREIGHT CLAIMS
It is imperative to carefully inspect the carton at the time of delivery for any visible damage. If there is damage to the carton you must note this on the delivery receipt before you sign for the delivery and release the driver. Inspect the items and notify Bunny Williams Home within five (5) days of receipt of any damage you locate. Photograph the damage and submit photographs and a description of damage to Bunny Williams Home to contact@bunnywilliamshome.com
