Yes, for made-to-order upholstery items we offer fabric swatches for all of our in-line fabrics and each of our four leg finish options. We also offer finish samples for most of our case goods. Swatches and samples can be ordered directly from the product page if offered.

Shipping & Returns

  • In-stock items will ship from our warehouses within 3 business days of payment date.
  • Smaller items that are shipped via UPS Ground can take up to 7 days in transit depending on delivery location.
  • For larger furniture and oversized items, White Glove Delivery may be required and generally takes 3-4 weeks.
  • If your order contains made to order furniture (i.e. upholstery) please allow 8-9 weeks for production plus 3-4 weeks for shipping.
  • If an item is on backorder, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page.
  • We always welcome your call to check on the status of your shipment. You can reach our team at 212-935-5930.
  • Please note that we do not fulfill orders on weekends or major US bank holidays.

White Glove Delivery may be required for larger furniture and oversized items. White Glove service includes in-home placement and packaging removal.

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier availability.
  • Assembly applies to some items.
  • Installation for mirrors and wall art is not included.

Bunny Williams Home accepts returns of non-damaged, non-made-to-order items provided you request the return within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be in the original packaging. Please contact us at postsalesservice@bunnywilliamshome.com to initiate a return.

The refund issued will equal the purchase price and any applicable taxes less a 20% restocking fee less return freight. We do not refund shipping charges for returns due to buyer’s regret.

If you receive an order with notable signs of damage to the packaging, do not accept the item or note on the Delivery Receipt that the item arrived with damage to the packaging.

Please report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery by calling 212-935-5930 or emailing postsalesservice@bunnywilliamshome.com. Bunny Williams Home will evaluate if the damage is freight-related and then determine the best course of action. We will either issue a repair or replacement of the damaged item(s).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Made-to-Order Upholstery

To confirm requirements for a COM/COL upholstery item and begin your bespoke order, please reach out to our team at contact@bunnywilliamshome.com.

You can find the minimum yardage required on each product page if you plan to source and send your own materials to our workroom. Yardage needs may vary slightly for fabrics with repeat patterns. To confirm requirements and begin your bespoke order, please reach out to our team at contact@bunnywilliamshome.com.

Fabric should be sent directly to one of our workroom via UPS or FedEx. A member of our team will advise on which workroom address applies depending on your order. Please include your order number.

Made-to-order upholstery orders require 8 weeks from material receipt, plus delivery. Your finished piece ships via freight and will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.

Trade Program

A member of our team will review your application within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will get an email notification and can begin shopping online right away.

Our Trade Program is open to design professionals including licensed interior designers, architects, and retailers. Applicants must provide a valid resale certificate.

Yes, once your application is approved you can shop online with access to special trade pricing.
